History

Founded in 1982 by apprenticeship-trained joiner Glen Donovan, Donovan Kitchens has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.

Since the mid-1990s, we have specialised in bespoke kitchens, combining practical design with carefully selected cabinetry and components tailored to each client’s home and lifestyle.

In 2000, we moved to our current workshop and showroom at Sock Dairy Farm, where we continue to provide a personal, hands-on service for clients across Dorset, Somerset and the surrounding areas.

In 2020, Glen was joined by his daughter Beth, and together they formed Donovan Joinery and Kitchens Ltd. Beth specialises in bespoke kitchen design and planning, bringing a fresh creative approach while continuing the family tradition of personal service and attention to detail.
